Agnès Pauquet

Agnès joined Sofinnova Partners as Head of Human Resources in April 2024. She is responsible for the firm’s global human resources strategy.

Over the past three decades, Agnès has held multiple senior roles in global firms and led initiatives during critical growth inflections. Most recently, she was Global Head of Human Resources Business Partners and Global Head of Employee Relations at AXA Investment Managers. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Director for JPMorgan Chase branches in both France and Dubai.She started her career at Accenture, where she held several leadership positions in Human Resources for the French & Benelux Regions.

Agnès is a Sciences Po graduate, a lecturer for its Human Resources Executive Master program and Co-President of the University’s Human Resources alumni group. Additionally, she received a joined certificate with Sciences Po from the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA).
