Laura  Daudin-Antoine

Laura joined Sofinnova Partners in 2021 as a Legal Counsel for the structuring of funds.

Previously, she was a lawyer at Clifford Chance Europe LLP in Paris advising portfolio managers on the creation and fundraising of private equity investment funds and their activities.

Laura holds a Master's degree in financial criminal law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise in France and graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a LLM in banking and finance law.
