Aseem Ghaghda

Aseem joined us in 2023 as an associate in the Capital team.

Before joining Sofinnova Partners, Aseem was at Achilles Therapeutics, where he was part of the corporate team that supported the company's NASDAQ IPO.

Prior to that, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, where he specialized in due diligence for private equity firms acquiring healthcare and life sciences assets.

Aseem is a physician and worked clinically during his Academic Foundation Programme training at Oxford University Hospital Trust in the UK. Then he completed an innovation fellowship at a central London teaching hospital, where he focused on using novel technologies to streamline patient care and improve surgical outcomes.

Aseem holds an MBBS from Imperial College London, and a BA degree in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge.
